Hi there, I’m Jenny

I’m a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and meditation coach with a rich background in various natural health modalities. After experiencing firsthand the toll that corporate stress can take on health, I pivoted my career to help others find balance and wellness.

Frequently Asked Questions

My coaching process is individualized, holistic, and focuses on small, daily health habits. We'll have 4 one-on-one sessions spaced over 3 months so we can dig deep and address your specific issues and make sure you're making progress. We'll work together to identify areas where stress is impacting your health and develop strategies to address these issues holistically, integrating physical, emotional, and mental aspects of health. The course content will be in short videos, simplified guides, short meditations, and quick energy medicine exercises that are easy to fit into your day.

What sets me apart is my mix of approaches, including Integrative Health with a functional medicine perspective as well as energy medicine techniques such as acupressure and meridians from Chinese medicine theory, along with my personal experience in the corporate world. I understand firsthand the stress and pressures career-focused women face. I like to keep things simple and to the point and I like to get things done fast - I won't overwhelm you with a ton of information so you'll just get the essentials and practical, useful tools that you can use immediately.
