1. Chicken, Walnut and Rocket on Rye
Mix shredded chicken, half a stick of chopped celery and crushed walnuts with homemade mayo (mix 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt with ½ tsp wholegrain mustard and a squeeze of lemon).
